Default Not a Chevrolet but look at this please… F150 troubles

The whole reason for putting this truck up on jackstands is it has a wobble almost as if it has a bubble in the tire or a tire out of balance. And also because this rig gets 8.8 miles per gallon. It is a ecoboost twin turbo 3.5L. I didn’t expect it to get 20 miles per gallon but I damn sure was hoping more than what I’m getting I’ve never in my life seen something like this and I don’t know how it’s physically, mechanically possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I couldn't see the video. It sounds like a bent axle from your description?
