Default Normal for front LCA to be on snubber

I have an 05 ccsb 2wd duramax and this has been like this for the longest but I figured I need to see if other peoples trucks are like this. My truck has pretty much most of its life is sat on the snubber in the front. Anybody else's 2500 do this?

yes, they are more than a bump stop, they're an important part of the front suspension. They kinda act like springs
