I think all trucks GM sells with a 4L60-E should come with a little crank to drop the transmission just like the spare tire. In fact, there could be another little crank in the back for the spare 4L60-E. I don't know about most of you, but I've needed a spare 4L60-E more often than a spare tire.

Best thing to come out of GM this year was the announcement that the new trucks will get a 6-speed auto, probably a "6L60-E" or the 6L80-E.

Either way i'd laugh at me too and laugh harder at James B.'s comments lol.


Eh i dont feel like dropping the tranny in the rain, so time to be lazy. Besides my electrical system is sooo screwed up i think its gonna get towed to my local dealer and let them deal with it... My PCM is so screwed up i cant even get it to command the ignition relay on anymore.
