New 4/6 drop, best way to fix the lean? Drop shackle?

my shackles were adjustable. i have a 5 inch drop in the rear. so technically there is a 5 inch drop on the passenger side and a 4 inch drop on the drivers side. it evened it out

I've always fixed, and advised to fix, the chevy lean in the front suspension. It can be done with a special spacer that belltech makes.

Always more than one way to skin a cat. Just letting you know there are options for the fix in the front as well.

I orefer to cut some off the passenger side coil to account for the lean. That's, of course, assuming you can afford to go lower in the front. I would never want my rear suspension to not be symmetrical, but I guess that's personal preference.

Just curious. Is this "lean" only with pickups?

It's mainly because of the weight distribution on full size vehicles. The gas tank, driver, master cylinder, steering gear box, battery, etc.. Are all on the drivers side. Not much for weight on the passenger side

I used a spacer years ago and it did not correct the lean

I’ve always used a 2” drop shackle in the passenger rear and a 1” in the driver side rear leaf. Then 10psi in the helper bags.
