Was getting ready to go to the track tomorrow, put a .96 A/R exhaust housing on the turbo. Gonna shoot for an 11. Wanted to see how it would launch with the bigger housing, got to about 8 psi brake boosting and BANG no forward gears

The trucks my only ride. Gona have to borrow my little bros truck to get around town for a while till I figure out what I'm gona do.

Up here, (elevation) that's only like about 6lbs, at sea level. I've taken it to 10 before. That's the only way you can get a turbo off the line to a decent 60'

Might just have to put the old reliable STOCK transmission back in it

i guess its a good thing you kept your stocker, your just a tranny swap away and your on the road(I would suggest not brake boosting 8lbs, until you get a nice new tranny)

That's what pisses me off, I spent the money on this tranny to be able to handle brake boosting and anything else I threw at it . It WASN'T CHEAP!
