Muthafugga! Discount tire won't mount my slicks!

I know stock aluminum wheels are 16 x 7's, and that's not exactly ideal for a 28x11.50 ET street, but there are a ton of guys running this setup here. The stupid guy there was like, Discount Tire is a big company and its too much liability if I mount those. I said yeah, you're a big company so you'll be harder to sue. So what. Where did you guys go, who are running this setup, to get them mounted? Who do I have to blow? I could see if I wanted them on an 11" rim, but a 7" with a tube isn't too big of a deal.

well in a liability case is kinda is since DTC has had tires blow up recently, one guy was almost killed in Oregon.. hes actually a lot better now, but anyway, I can kinda see where there coming from but they coulda atleasted mounted them without air and told u to do that urself. Thats kinda bullshit IMO. Come to the meet and Ill swing by my work and throw em on for ya

Not shock by that, find someone that works in a shop. You must have buddys that do. Big places like that are always afraid of getting sued. Blame stupid people, thats what I do.
Hell to bad you dont live here I would do it for you

thats strange, when i worked at a CJ's tires, my boss made me mountanything and everything that came through the door. we were just a little shop with old machines, and we ended u having to do 19.5 tires with big pry bars all the time.
