Default Lowering/ Track Help

What's are you guys running for a lowered suspension set up, and still being able to hook at the track. I'll be running a 5.3 on boost, but I also want to be lowered, was wanting to go 4/6. Just didn't know if it'd hurt or help.
Questions:
1. Flip kit or no flip kit?
2. For the front, lower control arms, or springs and spindles?
3. Best shock for the ride quality?

Thanks - Kyle

1. Flip Kit
2. Springs and Spindles
3. Lots of good shocks, but I had success with QA-1's in a similar scenario

I didn't use stock mounts. I made my own and relocated both straight up behind the axle.
