I used a 7 ton 2 jaw puller on mine. It's really easy to do, jack the front of the truck up (you can do one side at a time, but I did both right away), take off the front wheels to make it easier, put a jackstand on each side under the frame rail not the lower control arm, then hook a jaw on each side of the torsion bar crossmember and use the bolt in it to push up the key. (there will be a small indent that the tip of the bolt will sit in) Next take out the key adjuster bolt and pop out the little insert the bolt goes through. (don't use your fingers though just in case!) Now you can release the puller and take it off, leaving no tension on the bar. Pop the bar out of the center of the key, put the new key in place, slide the bar back through and reverse the previous steps to get the adjuster bolt back in.
