My brother has a 2003 S10 2 wheel drive its lowered about 2 on 3 and in the last year or so it has broken at least 3 passenger side lower ball joints. We just cant figure out why this truck breaks the ball joints any ideas?

 

How did he lower it? Springs? LCA's?

 

it has dropped spindles with a tiny bit cut off the spring

 

It would be interesting to see a picture of the suspension loaded. I assume he is torquing everything properly.

 

What brand ball joints?
