Has anyone come up with anything on this issue? TCC solenoid? 06 Trailblazer with po894 and shifts hard. Fluid looks good nothing in the pan. Thanks.

Ok. Can your tuner see TCC slip speed data? If so, clear code and watch TCC slip speed while going into lockup or trying. See if it shows slip speed decreasing or not changing much at all. But more than likely your torque converter has had it's time. This is also another check to look for, remove the TCC enable solenoid and air check it. This is the Solenoid that bolts into the pump. Some of these solenoids have been known to get hairline cracks running down them.

Same goes for you R'Addiction and that 06 trailblazer of yours. If you do find that this is the cause you will need to buy the whole internal trans harness as the solenoid is hard wired. No connector. Let me know what you find

Damn. Just read that you have a 4L80E in your truck 03regcab sierra. You're more than likely looking at a torque converter. 4L80E trans go through converters like nobody's business. Even on stock form trucks. Otherwise you have to remove your trans and pump and check the TCC valves in the pump to see if they move freely or if they are stuck. The only other thing I can think of to check is the TCC PWM solenoid to make sure it is actually working. Really hard though without scan tool unless your tuner can gradually command PWM?......
