Default Leaking Power Steering fluid

I have a 2001 Silverado, I've noticed that I'm leaking Power Steering fluid and it appears to be coming from the tie-rod boot. Has anyone ran into this before and if so what's it take to fix the problem?

Update......There was a seal inside the Rack & Pinion unit that was leaking. Unfortunately I had to replace the entire unit rather than just the seal itself. The job wasn't too bad overall, remove the tie rod ends, remove the low and high pressure power steering lines, remove the stabilizer bar, remove the pinch bolt on the steering shaft and two bolts that hold the Rack & Pinion unit to the frame. The unit cost me $235 with a $75 core charge at Advanced Auto parts. It was about a 3.5 hour job.
