Anyone know the recommended torque specs for leaf spring bushing bolts?

Thanks for the reply. A search here and on the net oddly didn't give results. I guess everyone just puts them not loose or overly tight.

Starting thinking looking for instructions for installing drop kits. Belltech was the only manufacture that has them for download that I could find.

Specs varied per drop kit. I'm going to just round it off to 80 FT lbs. for front spring eye and rear upper and lower shackle bolts and see how they articulate with that.

Rounding off for easy numbers to remember.
80 FT lbs. spring eye and shackle bolts
80 FT lbs. shocks
100 FT lbs. U-bolts

I had found 90 for the front bolt, 70 for the rear bolt, and for me DJM recommends 35 for lower rear bolt through the poly bushing. I just did my drop a week ago and i just cranked everything tight. I called DJM for something yesterday and while i had him on the phone I asked. Re-torqued mine last night.

Will do. 80 Ft lbs sound tight I know I am nowhere near that now so will see.

Perception of a foreign country is always different if you haven't been there. Thinking it must be cool having a nice 2001 Sierra running around Saudi Arabia

Thanks I wonder if the poly bushing would require different torque specs than factory rubber, all rubber here.

Make sure you tighten them with the weight of the truck on the springs.

I didnt know that. I did my rear drop with the bed off and cranked everything down. Its been a week, and last night i went through and loosened and torqued to correct specs. I'm trying to eliminate a vibration since the full truck drop.

I went with 70 FT lbs. which is pretty tight. 80 Ft lbs. just feels excessive and allot tighter. So far feels and rides nice.
