Default Installed DJM 6" flip kit and now pops when first giving throttle

The issue happens from a dead stop it pops real loud if i hit the gas hard. Also if i pull up somewhere and stop and put it in reverse to back up it will pop when i start to move under throttle. It will pop sometimes when turning also.. Im lost at where to even begin now ive tried setting the pinion and even welded the cradles to the axle tubes to lock the angle in.

Pull your driveshaft back out and slam some grease in the splines that enter the transmission.

If all the grease if gone it will pop/clunk when you take off from a stop. It's the basically free thing to try.

Is it a 2 piece drive shaft or a 1 piece driveshaft? If it's the 2 piece drive shaft check the center Bering make sure it's tight and did you put a shim kit on the center bearing?

when you flipped the axle, did you push the axle back a little? the centering pin shouldn't be in the center anymore.

it sounds like you can make it pop on command. why not have someone crawl under there and see where it's coming from?
