Default Vibrations

See mods for trouble shooting.

I'm having a vibration issue. Pinion angle is within 1 degree but getting an aggressive vibration passing from 52-54 mph then a constant shake around 76. The shaking intensity increase at higher speeds. Any suggestions?

How's your tire balancing?

Find a shop that uses a Hunter GSP9700 balance machine and have them road forced balanced.

Warped rotors can also cause a vibration.

Sitting at Firestone as I type. They have the system, will also get the front suspension checked. Saw your suggestion on another thread.

My tires sat on concrete for a long time and I developed a vibration.

What part of the front suspension are you checking?

I had the front alignment done, road force tire balancing done, and also they inspected the ball joints, and steering components. The suspension was fine, alignment a little out but back in tolerance. The balancing is what I feel took care of the highway speed vib. Still have the 52-54 vib but not as bad. Does anyone know what pinion angle the rear diff should be set to. Maybe that's the problem since the trans is set down 4 degree and rear is up 4 degree.
