Question IM TORN!! 4.10's or 4.56's

i have the trucks in my sig. i plan to do a 3200 circle d, and a 40,000 gvw cooler in the next month or so. i have factory 3.42's. its a dd and once a month or so i pull my 82 k5 blazer on 38's about a 150 mile round trip, it always locks and unlocks the converter, so i just put it in 3rd and let it bump. i just want a little more a$$ out of the truck in general. its turdy as hell off the line like all crew cabs. i know its heavy, etc. but which gears in general will i be satisfied with? i do plan to do a 33/12.50/17 mtz in the future. a bunch of ppl say 4.56's the other half say 4.10's i cant decide!! thanks.

I did a quick search @ ron's but couldn't find them. A member on here has a 4x4 with 4:30's

Those are tall and heavy tires on a heavy truck pulling a heavy load. 4.56's!
