i think my tranny is going, common issues?

starting to hesitate really bad when i step on it. any ideas?

Just a weak ol' 4L60e.

mine does it pretty bad too depending on the speed i punch it at. My 2-1 shift is horrible, but my 3-1 shift is pretty quick. I even have a tune with no torque managment and increased line pressure.
