Hydroboost Conversion Install

Using 10mm plate effectively moved the HB unit forward (towards the front of the truck) by 10mm....which turned out to be pretty much spot on for taking the slack out of the pedal.
The recess in the back of the plate is so I can get enough threads to screw the HB mounting nut on.

in the pdf files uploaded by howard quick he shows the bolt spacing to be 86mm horizontally and 89mm vertically from center to center. divide those numbers by 25.4 (the approximate number of mm's per inch) and it gives you 3.385..."horizontal and 3.5039...."vertical , in the auction the seller lists the spacing as 3.40" horizontal by 3.50" vertical. the bolt spacing is close enough to work. i didnt see a thickness but other than that it looks like a good piece.
using the ebay listing chase posted i checked into the astrovan hydroboost and it looks to be the one with the right bracket for a direct bolt in package, here is a quick search from kragens website. although it is unknown to me if the actual unit would be the same as the one for the newer trucks.

Here's the pic of mine that I got off of a 3/4 Van. (dont know what year, but it was newer) The mounting plate fits perfect but the yoke is too long. I just took the mounting plant off and used a truck HB unit. 100% OEM with no drilling required. FTMFW.

yup kragens lists that model for a 2006 2500 van

and i think the longer rod might be offset by the recessed mount in the plate...

The stock HB plate is underneath the ebay plate and as you can see it fits over without any problem.
