Default How to test Truetrac

I have about 700 miles on my 4.56's and Valuetrac and would like to test it to make sure it's locking up properly. Yesterday I punched it in the middle of the tight left turn, going about 5mph, and the inside rear tire broke loose and left a good 15' of rubber but the outside rear tire didn't. I was under the impression it's supposed to lockup the rear so both tires would spin in that situation. It won't fishtail either. Am I misinformed about how these things work?

Can I test it on jack stands or something?

Mine locks up anytime i break a tire loose and spins both, in tight turns if i give it a little gas but not enough to peel out i can feel it kicking in. I have hammered on mine since about 2 1/2miles on it and its a Truetrac.

Everytime I get on it enough to spin the tires with my true trac they both spin. From what I know the value trac is basically the same as a Detroit true trac

just do a burnout. left foot on gas, right foot to floor and keep it going for about 2 minutes.

My locks soon as I touch the gas, has done it since it was new. Really annoying chattering during turns.

Mine spins both also. I've got the valuetrac with about 7-800 miles on it.

Mine is dead silent in turns. Is it supposed to make noise?
