A little over 5k for my set up all said and done, Jake's stage 2 trans and a Circle D triple disk converter, I'm 2wd so I didn't have to deal with driveshafts/input shaft.

My setup was a little over $6K all said and done. The billet stuff is expensive.

I'd love to see some pics of that beauty!
Cathedral port 2300. The AWD is great, only spins if I get on it hard.

Stock 95' 4l80e off craigslist I picked up for $250
Fti nitrous converter was $832 shipped.
I know the guy that builds the crossmbers so that was free lol
Wiring I did myself.
Yoke was $80 off eBay.

Truck went 10.64 and that trans lasted 3-4 years

About $1200 by the time I included seals, pan gasket, filter, fluid, flexplate, plate steel to modify the crossmember, shift cable, new yoke, new Spicer solids, cutting the drive shaft and another $300 to put in an extra trans cooler and plumb both coolers.

If your sig is current why do the 80e? A built 60 will handle your power just fine and the gearing on the 60 will be a lot better for the mods.

No offense the 4L60E is a POS and always will be. The 4L80E lives a much longer life and will handle has setup STOCK! The first 60E in my Express died at 38K behind a stock 255 hp 350. The second was a 4L65E spec build that died at 78K. The 110K mile Junkyard 4L80E shifts so much nicer than the 60E or 65E ever thought about. My moded 350 has no problem breaking loose the 255/70R15s on said 6,200 lbs Express and I am only running 3.73s.
