100% stock? Servos, shift kit, tune? How many miles? To be honest it would depend 100% on your right foot. Run it hard, maybe a couple of weeks. Baby the heck out of it, and I mean granny it, a few months....maybe.

Why don't you just wait until you have a built trans? Do the trans and motor swap at the same time, just a thought.

ive always been told and have followed by the rule of if yer gonna drive like a granny 24/7 then granny the new motor.. but if yer gonna drive her hard.. granny it for maybe 30 mins to break the cam in, then drive the living **** outta it.

Add some line pressure for better shifts and more "clamping" power for the trans..

I say you've got two to three weeks max. Even granny driving, you're gonna get on it sometime, and it's gonna let loose like your bowels after a long night of drinking..

I honestly think it will last a while if you are going to be easy on it. Keep those temps down and it will fare better!
