Default Help, Gear Whine...After New Setup

I installed a used set of gears and Eaton posi. I have a irregular howl under 40 on acceleration and deceleration. When turning right at speeds above 20 I get a solid howl/whine. What could have gone wrong, I read the pattern as the below. Any suggestions?

Recheck the backlash and pinion depth, hearbpattern needs to be checked with differential under load (parking brake or manual resistance) with used gears it’s more important to check the coast side and not drive side patterns. What brand gears?

Yukon gear set, backlash was at .004 preload at 19in lb. When I checked my pattern I did not do it under load, so I bet the depth is off. Thank you

If you don't test it how you intend to drive it, how do you expect it to drive how you tested it?

Hope you get it sorted out. I’ve always had best luck with motive gears. Randy’s rib and pinion is also a valuable source to go to for information. Did you happen to do the solid spacer or crush sleeve?

I would like to see the drive side more centered and the coast looks like it is favoring the toe a lot (based on first tooth pattern I can see)
