Default HELP-found that rubbing noise

-Sorry for being long-
Today I took a look at my truck and found that rubbing/thumping noise that it made when in 4X4. CHECK IT OUT(This is the front driver's side wheel location)

The bolts are grinding. I took a look and cant see anything that has moved. DOES ANYONE know what could have slipped, its eatin' up my tire too!

Yeah mine did that when i got it and by the time i figured it out it stopped making the noise. My half shaft slipped out a little. Make sure it goes all the way in. It should snap when its in. If it worked its way out some. And by the way when mine did that it didnt hurt anything.

Maybe the front diff has moved? Its located with isolation rubber bushings. I'd have a look at them.

see if the hub flange from the diff is loose, bearing could be worn. Also like someone else said (check diff carrier housing bushings for wear. They should never wear only if they were loose from a previous R&R and not tightend. Good luck and let us know what you find.
