Default help with building a budget beater

Alright I just bought a 3/4ton gmc 6.0 beater, I mean it is rough. It has
175k miles on it but the tranny shifts good. I want to lift this thing up and get nasty torque for a budget beater. I was thinking cam LT's tc and gears. Whats a good stall for big tires and who sells'em? Whats a good cam and or intake ideas? Trying to find an F250 solid axle and will prolly build homemade ladderbars with bags. Thinking 37-40 tires so I can still pull trailers.
Any Ideas or vendors for parts would be of great help. thnx
