Default Is this a good deal on a eaton?

I can get an Eaton limited slip from a buddy for $250 OBO. What should I offer him? It's new in the box and has some surface rust from sitting a few years. It's part number 19559-1. Will this work for my '04?

My friend sent me a pic of it, I'll see if I can't get it for $200 tomorrow. It looks a little rusty in the pic.
