4.10's for sure. We have the same trucks, I went from 3.23 to 4.10's and I love it. I have 33.25" tires and at around 80mph I'm at 2400 rpm's. Picks up quick. For our trucks u can't go wrong with 4.10s.

Keep in mind that his tires are four inches shorter than yours (over 10% height difference) which changes things quite a bit. 4.10s might still be the right choice but they will definitely be more aggressive in his application due to his shorter and likely much lighter rolling stock combo.

Mine had the SAME vibration, no matter what I did with pinion angle etc. it HAS to be the driveshaft balance. Before and after the mid 80's range was smooth. With the 3.23's it did it at about 115 or so
