Yep, file is corrupted.

I also just tried to download it. There is something definitely wrong with it. When unzipping, there is no file extension. Putting an .xls on the end allows it to open in Excel, but there are nothing but random characters in it.

 

update file still downloads... however its in read only.... so what ya do is copy the whole page start a new file (spreadsheet) then paste it. it worked for me on 11/8/11

thanks again blackgmc. i remembered this file from back in 07 i believe, glad it still works. hopefully it helps with some tuning issues i have
