Got it fired up last night. Tuner cam by with a 2004 pcm and reflashed it with my vin and stock 03 file. Cranked up on first try. 45 minutes later he had finished a custom tune and we were driving down the road logging timing. We could not do any real WOT runs because of the tropical depression (Alberto) that came through. We will get together next week when it is dryer and do some more logging and tweak transmission settings.
All in all, it drives so much easier. Light throttle response is nice. By the time it dries up around here, I will have quite a few heat cycles on gears. Maybe I will take it to the local 1/8 for some time comparisions.

No ABS lights! No rear O2 sensors (had him turn them off)! Jumped on it a little at lunch time from a 20 mph roll. I was on a concrete on-ramp and it turned them over, it rev limiter, went into second, and bark them pretty hard. I only have about 40 miles on tune right now. Pretty happy so far. Just hate having to go through all that **** to get here.
