My Yank did the same thing when I first installed it. The inital looseness after installation is usually due to the converter still haveing some air in it. Once it is completely full, it should be at its rated stall. I am wondering if I still have some air trapped in mine as at moderate accell, I can hear the pitch of the engine change due to load where the rpm will stay constant. I have only dont one good WOT blast with mine so that might be what it needs. One time I did get on it pretty good, I noticed my shift extention is over 4K! That should keep me in the heart of my powerband the whole 1320.

I also got an email back from John and really all he said is he would restall it if I wanted him to. He was very good at answering all my questions prior to purchace but was very short with this one. :hum:

Did you send your other one back and get an HP Truck or are you going to run the original performance converter you got?

JR, what seems to be the current flash stall rpm? Also, how much rpm is it taking now to get moving?

Thanks.

Actually, if I let off the brake, I'll start moving and prob reach ~4 mph at idle. To actually take off in normal traffic, I think it's usually ~1800-2k.
