Despite my installer making an error on the shift kit that caused 3 & 4th to be lost. I was actually able to take a spin around the block using 1st and second and, what a rush! This is argueably the BEST mod. The converter allows the engine to deliver torque on stratup in the power band. Previously the stock stall flashed in the dead spot of the cam. Now I can start up in the power band. There is a stock feel to it at light throttle. Anything after 50 % watch out! John Fuddle delivered this converter exactly where it should be!

gald to hear you like it, mine should be in the mail to my house as i type. i went with a 3200.

 

It also bolted on in exactly the same spot. No shims, washers etc. You will be happy with the converter.

 

cool.. are they a lot smaller than the stock converters?

 

mine is around 9.5 inches. fuddle is the shiznitty. without a doubt the best mod you can do besides nitrous. makes driving spirited(fun).

 

Mines on the way. Got the performance one since my truck's weight is down and I won't be towing ANYTHING. Can't wait to see the improvement over my old 3000 stall. Also, can't beat the discount they have going until the end of this month.

 

Damnit what discount? I miss the free shipping on my tranny by about a week and a half, then paid full price for the converter WTF. This sucks

 

when i ordered my converter they had a gp going on and i didn't see it. so i paid full price. oh well.
