ok well my chassis just turned 266k with stock front and rear diffs.. i just put a 6.0/80e swap in and took off the mud tires for some stock 2010 suburban wheels/tires so its alot quiter better ride now.. anyways i guess i couldent hear it before but where my driver side axel gos into the diff has alot of up and down play,and its leaking out of both sides.. if i dont get it rebuilt im going to pull it out this weekend and get to looking for another one.. how do i tell what gear ratio it has so i can match it up with the same one if i find one.
