That is a good deal, and it comes with a good warranty, you might want to ask around local auto parts stores and get there opinion on this place. You don't want to deal with a repair shop that will only worm its way out of a repair, saying something like "this tranny was not designed for race of anykind, just normal everyday driving." I mean not getting on the gas pedal.

I have been in a situation like I desicribed but with a nissan pickup tranny, cost $2700 to rebuild it and it only lasted 3 months before the synchronizer went out again. The excuse the shlop gave me was "we never use clear silicone only black, so clearly someone else has been in this transmission." I took it to another place and it cost me $500 for the repairs, then the engine crapped out (a completely different story).

yeah that sounds like a good deal. Me personally I think I'm going to save up and order one of the Rock-On Stage 4 transmissions. I have heard everybody say they perform very good and 1850.00 & 3 year warranty good up to daily driven 650 h.p. I say get one and try it as along as its got a good warranty.

Did they say anything about the warranty if you race it/beat on it?
