yep, the front diff on your truck is full time activated.

also, have noticed that there is no brake booster? the SUV's, like the HD trucks use the powersteering pressure for the power brakes

my silverado caught fire one day driving down the interstate with my entire family inside. nobody knows what caused it. most of the people that looked at it says it was electrical. funny thing the wireing was the only part that was never touched really lol.

yep seent that too. a friend of mine said he read somewhere that said our brake systems apply alot more pressure than the standard vacuum assist.

haha i dont know, i just know on the older hydro boosts is a pita to swap to regular vaccum. you gotta change everything from the ps pump down to the pedal assembly (not required to swap but you atleast hafta modify) !

i think i'll keep the hydro boost. more clamping and stopping force. yeah i think i'll keep it. this tahoe is so much different from the silverado. even being the same year.
