im looking into getting an upgraded tranny in the near future. how much power is a level 3 good for? all i am really wanting to do is a 100 wet shot and dont wanna kill the stock 60e. i want the truck to be streetable as possible and my goal is low 13s on drag radials. as for the drive shaft, will it hold or should i look into upgrading this as well, and if so, who makes good drive shafts? im going with the eaton posi and 3.73s so thats taken care of. thanx in advance.

 

IMO, Call Vince tomorrow and tell him what you're expectations are and let a Pro tell you what level you will need while retaining reliability and longevity.
