The 05-up AXN 14 bolt 9.5 axle tubes are the same as a 99-up 10 bolt.

The 88-98 14 bolt 9.5 has a larger axle tube that is slightly larger and measures around 3.345 inches.

good to know, gonna pick it up next week hopefully, but i think im gonna go the other direction with the truck for the time being, but we will see
