UPDATE: i installed the helper leafs done nothing no help, still have the click/pop or what ever you want to call it (see video) I thought it might have been the drive shaft going in to the trans to far but i set the camera watching the yoke and its not going forward at all, i'm clue less if you all have an idea let me know? I didnt have this with the 4" drop this is since I installed the flip kit

sorry the video is upside down......

What u need is a set of caltracs to control axle wrap. U need to measure to figure out what shims u need. Shoot for -3 degrees. I have a flip, shackles, and caltracs with stock untouched leafs. I think my current shims are 2 degrees. Puts me at -3 degrees and it rides perfect. Almost like a stocks setup.

shocks are new less then 1000 miles on them, installed extenders when I done the shocks every thing is good with that, I torqued every ting to specs so I dont think any thing is to tight I had a jack holding up the rear end when i tightened every thing to make sure it was all in place, had the leafs a part to install the helper leaf didnt see any cracks or bends in them?
