Default flex plate good or not

I was wondering if it is ok to run my flex plate the way it is or if i should get a new one?
this pick look at the hole on the right

the little hole at the top

so with that hole being alittle messed up will that hurt anything?

Thats not a TC bolt hole is it? If not I think it would be fine. Rare possibility would be that might throw it a **** hair out of balance.
