Default Energy Suspension Poly tranny mount?

I can pick one of these up at work for around $20 and was wondering if it would be worth the swap. My current tranny mount has 120,000+ miles on it, and I think it might be getting too soft, as I can feel something moving under the cab after short jabs of the throttle. Its not very bad, but it is noticable.

Has anyone used them with good results? Is it worth it to go with a poly mount vs a regular rubber mount?

This is the mount right here

yep i work at oreillys, and I would do all 3 if they made them. But the motor mounts are pretty new (OEM from 2006).

Why are you on your 3rd mount?

Anchor is the biggest piece of **** ever, replaced a broken stock one in my camaro with the anchor and boke it within 2min of test driving it
I went to poly for a while, but heard some rumors of broken tailshafts with poly. so i went back to a quality stock replacement and never had a problem
