Just go to Holdencrazy.com and find a truck with the same os as yours, the engine doesn't mater, as long as it has the 4L80e tranny and your os. (I just looked and there is a 2000 Silvi with one). Load your current tune as the primary and the 4l80e tune as the compare, then just to a trans segment swap and you should be good to go.

I wouldn't, if anything I'd go to a COS3 or 5.

It's not the PCM, I think that you would just have to upgrade to a different base OS and then go COS from there, but I haven't looked into it for a while. IIRC you have to cut and past all the tables from your os to a newer one and then upgrade to the COS, not really hard, just takes a little while. If I was going to do it, I would use the OS that can be upgraded to COS5.
