Default Edge Racing Converters

First of all yes a 4L80E will run on the 4L60E code with nothing but a 5 prong relay to invert the Solenoid B signal from the PCM and no you do not need the TIS sensor. Long story short mine is up and running. The converter that was from a 96 diesel is too tight, 1500 rpm brake stall. Are Edge Racing converters any good? I've heard them recommended on the 4L60E's and they are noticably cheaper then say PI or Yank but is there a reason for that price difference?

just saw your post. I run a 3750rpm stall edge and I love it. I can brake stall to 3500 and it flashes great. Very happy with the product. Andre is extremely helpfull and will talk with you and your goals and build the perfect converter for your combo
