Default Drop in rear highth

Have a question for those that have dropped the rear end highth of your truck using drop shackles. Do you think this will help any with traction having the tail end lower? Seems like it would help with weight transfer some. Let me know what you all think. Thanks.

I have used shackles several times, they might help you hook a little better with the truck sitting level.

If you do make sure the pinion angle is correct, mine had a vibration.

What is the correct pinion angle on a 2002 GMC Sierra Ext. Cab 1500?
