Default Driveshaft loop

Finally got something together for a driveshaft safety loop that I like

The finished product minus the shaft

Notice my Denny's Driveshaft 3 1/2" steel shaft

The bracket actually bolts to a doubler plate I welded to the stiffener under the cab. It's REAL stout!

looks heavy as hell but i'm sure it will get the job done if it ever throws the d/s.
might want to get it painted too.

Thanks, guys! One thing I found out in doing this....lots of people (including me) bitch that there's not enough paint on the underside of our trucks, but.....the hot dip galvanized coating they use before painting is a BITCH to get off to get a good weld! So it's not as bad as everybody thinks!

Looks great. A heck of alot better than any others I've seen put on the trucks.

Yeah start making those things.... otherwise its another reason for me to buy a welder.

thats probably one of the nicest driveshaft loops i've seen by far. Get that thing painted already. I'd buy one as well. Keep up the good work.
