disassemble leaf spring pack

Does anyone know if it is possible to disassemble the leaf spring pack?

I cannot figure it out how to take them apart...

Put the bolt back in, spread that clamp apart with a screw driver and slide it off. Put c-clamps on springs and remove bolt. Slowly remove clamps
