Default Did the servo awhile back now ...

its smoothed out. I installed the vette servo 4000 miles ago and since I installed/removed the cam its has changed dramatically. It use to shift REAL hard from 1-2 and now it is just firm, which is good. Still isnt sloppy at WOT . Anybody else ever had this happen.

the first two or three days i drove mine after the transgo/servo install it shifted almost springy if that makes sense. now it just freakin bangs the 1-2. not sure if i like it.....

Yep, me too, no spacers either. I'm going to first try to take out that second helper spring in the 1-2 accum, and if that doesn't work, I'll take the transgo spring out and put the stock one back in. With the vette servo it should still be plenty crisp.

I remember reading about those plastic accumulator pistons causing a softer shift when they fail. Anyone else?

with the Vette servo, the 1-2 feed hole needs to be smaller than what the instructions suggest.
