Default covnerters??

I got a 5.3 truck with all the mods and 4.10 s. Has anyone heard anything about the trailblazer converter? I heard it was stalling close to 3000 in heavy trucks. I was wondering cause you can pick one up from gm for cheap!!

My truck runs low 14s now. With the conv. hope to go in the high 13s. Then a nx kit (low 13s or high 12s), just wondering if the tb converter will hold up.

Probably, but if you have the mod bug you will end up with a Vig or Yank later anyway. Might as well just buy one now.
