Cool corvette servo installed....

I installed the corvette servo this weekend (did not install longer pin) and this is by far the best $25 I have ever spent. Very noticable improvent. My question now is under near or at full WOT (wide open throttle) after the 1-2 shift, it feels like some external force is letting off the throttle briefly and then it accellerates on after that. I have a feeling this is the dreaded torque management taking over....any thoughts?? I think it's time for a Nelson Performance PCM. Corvette Servo=

Yup, you probably feel a "hiccup" in the truck when if shifts....that's TM showing it's ugly ***. TM is very noticeable with a shift kit, I immagine it's almost as noticeable with only the servo as well. I ran my truck for a week on the stock tune with the shift kit, drove me nuts. Get a tune, you'll be pleased

How much torque management is safe to remove on these things and what is it that makes these transmissions succeptable to breakage without TM?? A friend of mine got the Nelson PCM and has 60% TM removed and I rode in his and it is a very noticable difference. Would 60% and the vette servo's risk breaking the tranny with only occasional "high performance" activites???

nope... I have 90% taken out of mine... I ran the same tune in my stock 60e for a bit until I got my built tranny. you should be fine taking out about 60-80% if you have a shift kit.

I ordered all of my stuff from Oregon Performance Transmission, they have an ebay store. They shipped the items fast. I have no complaints about them.

Get rid of the Torque Management, and then youll really feel the servo...

I would go with a PCMforless.com Tune!!!

Just my opinointhough!!
