Default Correct me if I am wrong... 4L80E

Correct me if im wrong, but I have a 00 RCSB silv 2wd with a 02 cadi esc LQ9, to put a used stock 4L80E tranny and stock 4L80E TQ converter all I would have to do is reprogram the tranny computer, modify the crossmember, extend the rear tranny fluid line, get an adapter for the electric plugs, and change the yoke to a 13##? so it will mount to my stock drive shaft. Am I missing anything?

You will also need an 80e flywheel with a stock converter. there is no tcm. everything is controlled in the pcm, but it would have to be adjusted. That or do the relay mod which you can find info on here.

to be able to hook up the 80e when doing a 60e-80e swap, don't you use some sort of electrical adapters?

You have to add the wires for the extra speed sensor on the 80e. All the other wires should plug right up from your 60e. I also kept the neutral safety switch from my 60e and swapped it over to the 80e.

Actually, the connectors are the same, but you need to re-pin it(move the location of a couple of pins). It's covered, with pics, in the stickies.

You can use a harness kit (adapter) if you don't feel comfortable repinning your stock connector.

Everything said above is about correct. dont foreget the flexplate. The connectors are the same, you can repin them multiple different ways depending on how you want to control it. The segment swap method would be the better method as far as a stock form setup. The relay method is quick and works, but both methods will need retuning to change tranny specs.
