old spindles come off, new spindles go on. cut the excess threads that hang below the balljoint nut.

that is all.

Yea you may want to put the new spindles on otherwise your truck may not be much lower.

i have no idea what your trying to get at just put the new spindles on already! the balljoints are pressed into the a-arms not the spindles, the spindles bolt to the balljoint stud.

Sorry being delay. Nobody still not help with me work on it. My friends been busy. The spindles I mean the arm where need to be rivets from balljoints to remove and put a spacer plate and put bolts for lower ball joints. I wasnt sure because the instruction show say.

Also the shacklets look at bushing with big washing which should be put right washing on left or turn to right in driver side. Look the pictures I am going to show you.

ok you got the kit for 16 inch wheels, i see now.
post #27 from desert1500 has pics of his spindles, stock the balljoint goes in the cut out in the a arm, you have to move the balljoint to below the arm and the spacer plate goes in the cutout so the bolts dont squash the hole together, you can see a little bit of the spacer in the hole in desert1500's first pic, he also has shared some clearancing techniques in his post about how to keep the turning radius closer to stock. as for the shackle, the way you are holding it you are looking at the front, the other side (the side thats cut out) goes to the back.

What do you mean (as for the shackle, the way you are holding it you are looking at the front, the other side (the side thats cut out) goes to the back.)

I not understand. The shackle did you see big washer which washer should be on left or right side on driver side. I look at desert1500 thread. I must missing something?

the way you are holding it in the picture... the picture you took of the shackle is showing the front side, it is the side of the shackle that faces the front of the truck. the shackle goes in looking the same way the stock one comes out. the reason i posted the thread in which desert1500 had posted is because he had pics of the way the lower balljoint gets relocated, simply for illustration purposes and it had nothing to do with the shackles
