Default Converter question

I have a single disc billet 3600-3800 converter ... At what horsepower would u go to a triple disc??? Would that hold up to a cammed 6.0 with nitrous ? Daily driven ...

The disk is only for Lock up..
Unless you plan on locking it up in 3rd WOT, you wont need it.

Jonathan is right, the Multi is for WOT lock up. If you tune it to only lock up under light throttle you are safe.

Some guys upgrade to the multi so they can experiment with WOT lock up, for tuning locked up on a dyno or for towing big loads. Can be overkill, but that is a good thing...
