Whats the stock stall on 05 4l60e and what would be good stall for 220 cam on daily driver?

 

Stock is about 1700RPM on the 60E
Personally I would get no smaller than a 3200 RPM stall converter,but that is me
It will work good with a 3000 though
Of course,it depends on the application and if the truck is a std.cab ext.cab or crewcab

 

this should also be moved to GM Drivetrain section and not Offroad performance.
Unless your asking what would work best for mudding?

circle d recommends the 258mm for trucks. they can stall it up to 3500.

 

I am really liking the circle D converters!They are nice
