Same thing here. When you leave a message that you want to order they call you back fast. Then when it never shows up and I payed $ 100.00 for over night shipping. Which it was FEDEX fault that it was 4 days late. Then when I got it. It was out of specs. Had a 3/8 gap between the converter and the flex plate. So they said they would make another one and send it out the next day overnight. After a week of calling and e-mailing them. They never got back to me. My truck was in the tranny shop for two weeks waiting for them to get me a good convert from them. I said F them.
So I called Dave at Yank. He got the job done fast and on time with a perfect fit. Got the 3000. Love it. Cant say if the fuddle is any good or not, but there costumer service is the worst I have ever seen.

thats funny because until they started to get real big and until they had back up at the foundry no one could beat fuddle service. free restall, use your previosu purchase as credit for a new one....i had great service and day to day email with john at fuddle before all this started going on. i guess things get tough when you are fairly small and you all of a sudden blow up.
